Tony Arnold founded business Development Resources in 1997. Tony's vision has always been to provide business owners with a unique offering of services in support of their desire to live life with clarity, focus, intent, and joy. In 1994, Tony met Michael Gerber, the author of The E-Myth, and became Vice President of Operations at The E Myth Academy. Speaking throughout the world with Michael, he was instrumental in the development of his Mastery consulting system and the Certified E-Myth Consultant program.
Since the inception of BDR, Tony has shared his experiences and views on business development as Coach, Keynote Speaker, Workshop Leader, Organizational Consultant and in various business and non-profit publications.
In 2004, Janice Drescher joined with Tony Arnold to deliver Coaching and Systems Development services to BDR clients as the demand for these services grew. This business alliance has resulted in the delivery of high impact coaching services to BDR clients nation-wide.
Janice and Tony have been business associates for 10 years. They worked together as part of the Senior Management Team at The E-Myth Academy where Janice played a key role in the training and development of the E-Myth’s network of internal coaches and Certified E-Myth Consultants. As VP Consulting and Training she managed the Network of more than 100 CECs and guided the growth of the E-Myth’s Training and Consulting Departments.
Since 1999, Janice has owned her own company, Custom Training Development, dba Intentional Leaders, offering a wide range of services including Business Coaching, Management Development, Systems Documentation and Customized Training Development; all focused on facilitating real-time implementation and accountability. Most recently, she has pioneered in creating high impact Leadership Events with horses for CEOs, work teams and individuals. Intentional Leaders has been dedicated to establishing healthy work relationships based on accountability, trust and respect in the workplace toward fulfillment of the client’s business and life vision.
In August of 2006 ownership of BDR transitioned from Tony Arnold to Janice Drescher. Janice continues to deliver her expertise gained over 20 years of helping entrepreneurs and individuals find alignment with their core vision for business and life.
