"Results... Everyday" is a monthly book review for business owners who share the philosophy of building a business to contribute to your Life Purpose and the Company's Strategic Objective.
This month we are back to basics. When does an owner own a business? Is it possible? When do you leave the position of technician and become the owner/leader?
If you can't distinguish yourself from whom you are as a person and who you are as an owner, you're probably still stuck in the technician role.
This month, read or re-read The E Myth Revisited. Make notes. Look for the instances where you are the entrepreneur suffering from the seizure and when you are the visionary leader guiding people toward a common goal; the Strategic Objective.
The E Myth Revisited, by Michael Gerber
