Empowering Work Relationships Management Development Toolkit
A set of management development tools that are packaged for delivery in a coaching setting. These tools assist in promoting healthy work relationships in an environment of shared expectations and predictable results. This toolkit can be accompanied by implementation coaching and systems documentation to facilitate the most effective results.
Systems Documentation
BDR offers hands-on help for the development of a company’s best ways of operating day-to-day. A BDR Systems Specialist works by phone with the designated employee(s). Using a BDR Systems Template, they collaborate on the best way of performing any given task in accordance with the company’s operating standards. At the end of each session, the documented “system” is e-mailed directly to the employee.
Systems Shop time is purchased in blocks. One block is 10 hours of systems development time.

A leadership seminar designed to provide tools, techniques and skill building to facilitate consistent company-wide leadership. Topics include developing and implementing your leadership style as well as building and implementing your team vision. This is a leadership mentoring program for emerging leaders that facilitates leadership in the workplace by cultivating the practice of leadership behaviors.

Business Development Resources provides “train-the-trainer” coaching to prepare managers to successfully implement the Management Training Seminars or the delivery of the Management Development Toolkit.
“Train-the-Trainer” Coaching time is bought in blocks and paid in advance.
Training Development and Implementation Services
Business Development Resources also provides optional implementation of Empowering Work Relationships and Leadership Launch Pad as well as a variety of other training topics. Training can be customized to the work environment. Pricing is based on the training topic and number of participants.
These Management Development Program Components can be further customized to fit a company’s training and development needs.
